At QUM, we strive to deliver high-quality products and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Each piece is crafted with care, but if you face any issues with the size, fit, or product quality, we’re here to help.

Please note that we do not offer full returns or cash refunds.

Note: Items purchased during sale or promotional periods are not eligible for exchange or refund.


Exchange Eligibility

Our exchange policy applies to customers who have made purchases directly through QUM’s official website or social media pages.
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number must be provided.

  • Request Timeframe: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return Shipment Timeframe: Approved exchange items must be shipped back within 7 days after approval.

  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Products showing any signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, or alteration will not be accepted.

  • Exclusions: Custom-made orders, sale items, and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.


Exchange Criteria

Exchanges are available only for size or color variations of the same design under the following circumstances:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the product received is defective, damaged, or in poor condition.

  • Incorrect Size or Product: If the item received differs from the one ordered in terms of size, color, or design.

  • Quality Concerns: If there are genuine quality issues making the product unwearable or unusable.

Your exchange request must include:

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • Clear explanation of the issue

  • Preferred size/color for exchange

Once your request is received, our team will review it and respond within 48 hours.
If approved, you will be provided with return instructions and warehouse address.
Please note:

  • You are responsible for sending the product back to our designated address.

  • Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.

  • After receiving your item, we will process and dispatch the exchanged product within 3–5 working days.

In case your request does not meet the exchange criteria, our team will notify you with an explanation.
